The news didn't have many details.

Can /w/ deduce more?

Caliber (supposedly large)? Range? Accuracy (assuming a competent marksman)?

Your article shows a different weapon, though I'm sure they have been developed in a similar way: both appear to be automatic cannons ripped off from tanks or other (US Coallition) military vehicles.

They very likey do have similar specs, but I find myself wondering about the different tripods, scopes, and barrel housings. Were they originally two same-spec rifles of different manufacture, or two are they distinct weapons?

When it's an oppressive, game-changing technology that ensures victory regardless of the cause: the united states has been working on it for years. When it's a subversive, rule-bending technology that challenges established estimates of combat potential, the other side came up with it in the field yestderday.

>>15243
Just by size, I'd say it would make a better head or finger cannon. Tallgeese's shoulder cannon must be much larger.

This weapon must provide its user a great deal of satisfaction.

General information. Acroth+Nilsson 16/01/12(Tue)23:23 No. 15228

In Sweden, we have the right to roam in the forest and nature.
We lack organization in the Swedish defense, so it is right to roam even in Arteses!
It is allowed to do what you want just no one's looking.
And seeing them on, no to mention the word areteses for it is a forbidden word.

With a strange accent.
Born in the wrong place and make the revolution.
Try and say something sensible to fatten Americans and kills Sweden.

Hello Anon.

First of all, I'm a neophyte.
But since a long, long time ago (and I wasn't even playing video games or watching movies with weapons and explosions everywhere then though I still totally don't) I want to shoot with .50 caliber weapons (anti-material rifles and handguns, mostly). Don't ask, I don't really know why I'm not any more attracted by assault rifles or submachine guns…
I'm also not really attracted by gas operated weapons simply because as far as I've searched (I never owned my own gun, too expansive for me right now) it is more likely to become dirty and jam…

But whatever. I hear a lot of people talking about the M1911. Apparently, this gun is reliable as fuck. I know someday I'll look into a .50 caliber revolver but this is another point. And after searching for a .50 caliber pistol, I heard a lot about the Desert Eagle being the most overrated piece of shit ever (because it apparently jams for nothing because of its gas operated system that quickly gets dirty) so I searched for a .50 caliber chambered M1911 equivalent and I found one : the Guncrafter Industries Model Number 1. It looks good to me but a bit… Expansive. That's why I'm interested in your knowledge about those.

Also, I was wondering what were the "best" .50 B.M.G. chambered anti-material rifles in their categories (I heard a lot about the M82 and M107) but I think I'll just begin with a "simple" handgun for now.

A gun being some sort of investment by being expansive, I really want to get as much tips, advices, points of view, ideas and feedbacks as possible before making my choice. I really want a good, precise and reliable weapon but with more personal characteristics and that's why I need you.

Thanks. :)

Post-scriptum : My english may not be very good. In that case, feel free to correct me, it would be much appreciated.

M1911 is more than having the cock in hand.
I need to shoot straight in through the door and through a protective vest at the same time.
Then this is the best.
But how the hell do I hide the spectacle.
By burying pigs twelve feet under.

When you have an illegal weapons do not have gun permit.
Get a real weapon with permission instead and use law right.
It is only in Sweden need guns to protect themselves against the cops doing burglaries.
When the cops are religious and non-conformist, just vold doing penance.
And worse anonymous plagiarism, I have not seen.
Repent and obey.

Thinking of selling my Noreen ULR to get a CMMG mutant. The ulr is too big to be a bugout gun and the reload process makes it impractical to use in a defensive situation but I like knowing that I can kill anything the lives on land or punch a hole in an armored car if I need to. Should I do, Save my pennies or sell the ulr?

I'm looking to purchase my first handgun. I was looking at a cannick tp9 (9mm) or an Springfield XD in some sort of caliber, but my coworker told me I should just get a small cheap .380, since presumably I can't shoot for shit anyway.

I know he's probably right, so could you guys recommend a .380 that is both cheap and has some good safeties on it? I'm interested in target shooting and a little home defense.

For a first gun remember that a smaller gun is harder to shoot with
A 9mm is a good choice, it's hard hitting and inexpensive to practice with

Glocks are fairly cheap and come in different sizes

Let it be said if you don't need a self defence gun an old rugger .22 is great fun

>>
Anon Kalashnikov 15/04/01(Wed)12:52 No. 15137

A .22 is not a good Home defense round. Good fun and good hunting round but a .380 is as small as you want to go on a self defense weapon. The 9x18 is an ok round but you will not find it on most shelves. I prefer a .45 but a 9mm (x19) is a fine round and usually has more ammo capacity. Get as good a gun as you can and then practice.

Can we get some love for the old fashioned European weapons? I'm sick of all the katanas, fantasy swords, and guns flying around here. Spears and axes will stay the true kings of weaponry

>I don't imagine why, even then, a sword pistol combo would provide any benefit. Sword weighs down the gun making it harder to use
The weight of the sword counters the force of the projectile reducing recoil and allowing for a larger projectile while maintaining accuracy.

A bearded axe I made. I also have one of the older ones from Corwin Arms.

I should rehaft this one with a "drop down" haft (one that has no shoulder, and the head is fitted from the bottom).
