Your article shows a different weapon, though I'm sure they have been developed in a similar way: both appear to be automatic cannons ripped off from tanks or other (US Coallition) military vehicles.

They very likey do have similar specs, but I find myself wondering about the different tripods, scopes, and barrel housings. Were they originally two same-spec rifles of different manufacture, or two are they distinct weapons?

Just by size, I'd say it would make a better head or finger cannon. Tallgeese's shoulder cannon must be much larger.
