The 'good' thing about Zweihänder, is that the hardcover is heavy enough to really hurt. So if you have both game,hit yourself in the head with the book until you forget about them and find a real game to play.

I'm making a homebrew game about adventures who own a restaurant in Sigil (from the Planescape D&D world). I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for mechanics of running a restaurant. Any games I could look at to get ideas?

Currently play skirmish sangin and FoF, but looked around for ww2 games and decided on bolt action. With regards to tournaments, do you have to use official figures? I have seen some great figures from other companies.

Our local guys tend to stick to their plastic infantry, but anything that would be in metal is a tossup. Tanks come from anybody who makes them in the right scale.

Great Escape Game's Rules of Engagement is the BEST WW2 skirmish game around. Can never find a torrent for it though.

Hi guys,

So I've been searching for good scans for the Horus Heresy (game) series for a while now, and I've only managed to find some HUGE pdf scans in the range of 500-900mb. Some at least have nice page formatting, but some are also pretty horrible scans, with page folding, over-exposure etc. I would like to clean them up and shrink them down so I can contribute them back to the community, but I have never actually attempted this sorta thing before. I would like to learn though, and would appreciate any tips and techniques /tg could give me.

Dave Brockie himself wrote and published a an adventure for Lamentations of the Flame Princess. I've never seen it, but you might be able to use that to give you the stats you need. Check it out at http://www.lotfp.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=230
