Nah, he has the right attitude to it (not talking about his megalomania which I personally didn't mind nor give a fuck about), he just never cared that his mods would have the same attitude or would adhere to any good modding practices or core values, so what happened was stupid mods ran it into the ground, only the most loyal (or the most toxic that didn't even notice that they are in such a shit place since they're literal shit themselves) users stayed while the rest got fed up with it, gave everyone the finger (as a gesture implying "fuck y'all") and left after a certain number of clear censorship or personal/ego bans. Kirt never issued those afaict and was never so easily if at all trollable like the other mods. If you have issues with his ego, you should probably check your own ego bro. Learn not to throw out the baby with the bathwater. He was never the culprit and although he didn't do his job, at least he knew roughly what to do. An ordinary person especially from younger generations would not be able to appreciate what kind of a place it was or how to preserve its spirit without abandoning any and all modding which can actually be useful for a website like that. It requires a certain kind of Internet wisdom that does not fall off of trees nowadays.
