I think I will wait to pirate pdf :P I always do that - first I download pdf so I can see if book is really for me, and if it is I buy it legally to have erratas :)

And I'm using whole series of Dungeon Fantasy 1-19, Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1-3, Treasures 1-2, and two number of Denizens. And of course Pyramid stuff. Really great game, my players are saying this is D&D with all this things which wasn't present in D&D :)

I usually get the pirated version too. But I'm trying to buy the physical version. For my Monster Hunters campaign I'm using the monster hunter pdfs series and I'm reading GURPS Horror - also pyramids.

I'm a fan of science fiction - more than fantasy - and I must start one of Infinity Worlds soon.

I don't like physical RPG books actually. PDF's are much more handy as reference in actual play-seesion. But it's good to have bought legal GURPS books because in case of lost of your "resources" or new errated versions, you can just download it again from the store.

But of course I won't any RPG book blindly, because of some unpleasant surprises from past...

I get it. Currently I only buy printed books from games that I'm really fan of (I'm trying to complete my collection of GURPS hard and colorful cover). I like to buy the originals to support the authors and to have support (download as many times as I want or get updated versions). But it is not always possible.

In time: what do you suggest, supplements, books or pyramid, if I want to play something in the Hellblazer or Dresden Files style (magicians and wizards in the modern era)?

Hmm I don't know, I'm not a big fan of Dresden or Hellblazer, but I think Thaumatology: Ritual Path Magic could satisfact you, it's really versatile, and GURPS Monster Hunter series have "lite" version of this magic system.

I thought of using an idea similar to the plot of the tv show Ophan Black (characters are clones, but have access to magic and genetic changes).
