While 4chan may not have an official furry board, over at /b/ there's usually some kind of Furry Thread going. Either sfur (straight furry), or gfur (gay furry).
Years back, the gfurs were more fun, because several of them would Avatar and talk, or argue, or whatever they were doing. But the furry porn still flowed.
These days, 4chan isn't as good, but some people will say it was never good.
If you want Furry Porn, try e621.net or some furry based my mother's fax machine servers. There's f-chan.us, but that is suuupppper slow.
If you want role play try my mother's fax machine and F-List.net
So, it depends on what you want, I suppose. The /b/ furry threads were a really good source of my folder stash for a few years. e621.net is a go-to for a lot of furries, but I personally think the search feature sucks since you have to underscore your search terms.
