All of these are in Firefox.
right click on page with animation (but not on the animation)
press "view page source"
ctrl + f ".swf"
click on what you assume is the appropriate link
when you are taken to a new page, scroll to the top, hit file, save page as, then click save
Another way is to watch the video
then type "about:cache" into your firefox browser address bar
click "list cache entries"
navigate to the suspected .swf file and click on it
then right click the link up top and then click "save link as" and save the file
there are other ways, but these are the most reliable. for most of my downloads though, I use the add on "DownThemAll". Just navigate to the page where the swf is playing, click on downthemall, click "pictures and media", then go to (probably) the only .swf file on that page. Then just tick the box next to it and begin downloading. None are fool proof though, I still haven't figured out how to get shit from newgrounds. I am sure there is a service out there though that will allow you to.
