Fruit vs. Veg Anonymous 19/11/24(Sun)02:37 No. 31959

So here's a question for the nutritionally minded. Which one is healthier on the whole.

If you were limited to just one side which would it be. And why.

If I could only buy one of them, then maybe fruit because those tend to grow specifically in warm climates. On the other hand, fruit grows on trees, if you don't have a problem with waiting for the few years the tree takes to grow, then it's easier just picking them off; and I eat more vegetables anyway, so those. If I could have a tall greenhouse ...

The question should be reasonable - centred around a practical dilemma: choose between having two types of state-of-the-art greenhouses at hand, either one designed for fruit or one for vegetables, and to get the other, you'd have to bike to an expensive store with a small selection, or cross country ski or take a canoe or ferry to one.

Veganism is literally the healthiest diet there is and is approved by the FDA. Meat proteins are really shitty and meat is loaded with fat and is really hard on your body for digestion.

You sure as hell don't get them from eating fat, either.
Fruits are a marginally small portion of a balanced Vegan diet. You are supposed to eat them regardless because they have important vitimines and nutriants you can't get anywhere else.

Veggies because fiber.

All fruits are veggies. Half the veggies in that pic are fruits.
The distinction is more culinary than botanical.

Best is to balance savoury and spicy veggies with small portions of sweet fruit.

Based retard poster

Id say right side is more healthy but Id recommend left side more since you'll have to deal with sugar cravings if you go for right, eating processed/refined sugar is way way worse so just go left and forget about the cravings

Have both for a balanced diet.

Well, I'd say that I'd rather be on the side of veggies because they don't have that much sugar, but in general, it's better to eat both. And also, I highly recommend you to support your health with supplements, and for instance, I take gummies from https://weeddelivery.io/ , so you can consider checking this store as well if you're from Canada. I'm sure you won't be disappointed because they actually have beneficial effect on health.
