It looks subcutaneous so am I ok? 5’6 about 160-180 and 52 percent body fat. I like how it feels like a bag of jello but don’t want to be unhealthy or have people think I look fat
If you're concerned with health, do cardio. If you want to lose fat, you need to change your eating habit (what and when you eat), and exercise for best results. you've got a cute body, btw
