Have you ever noticed how often the tz-data package has an update? Do time zones really change that often, or is it the jews? And then, if you've noticed, all of a sudden for months there have been no updates to the tz-data package. Are you really going to say this time, just once, it wasn't the jews?

7chan clearly updated to the most jewed version of tz-data and then got stuck with talmudic dates as part of the international master computer black cube zohar machine.

Burger was a real country before a great many of the ones who have different customs. You'd think any country that fell for the metric meme would have gone on to adopt a standad ISO format anyway, rather than an equally rag tag and ad hoc notation.
