Is this step by step enough?

1.Open firefox
2.Disable "Load images automatically" in the content tab in preferences
3.Go to this thread
4.Wait for it to load
5.Open Downthemall
6.Wait for it to load
7.Go to links tab
8.Enter *12533*,*12535*,*12534* into the Fast filtering text box
9.Click Disable other filters
10.Choose a folder in the Save files in: dialog
11.Click Start!
12.In future engage brain first.
