Assuming you want to go the free route, you can get a ASSTR.org account and set up your own website. Some people like to run WordPress. A lot of it depends on how much you want to do, how much you are willing to get ball's deep in the technical side, and if you want to pay for it. :)

I have my own website because it works well for me and I like being in control. But, I'm also technical and have other reasons for the site.

Although I made ASSTR my main choice for permanent posting, hentaifoundry's also an okay option... they're known for art, but they do have a story section, and they don't require the stories to be based on cartoons or anything, like I once thought. One downside is that uploading can be kind of pain, their interface has some flaws that can screw up a lot of formatting if you just copy and paste. On the plus side, you do get the feedback of, even people who aren't interested in leaving comments, favoriting your stories or putting you on their watchlist.

Looking for a fic that started off with an older brother and younger sister awakening, trapped in a medical facility, and being sodomized by machines and eventually having incestuous fun times. Afterwards, they have the opportunity to watch their older sister and father have sex. The mother watches the whole affair from a control room with *her* father.

It's revealed that the grandfather has orchestrated these events, and the entire lives of his descendants, for the sake of producing the youngest daughter, who I think gets named Eve? The family has a supernatural heritage, and love is the strongest force in the universe, and somehow Eve is going to save the world from aliens or inter-dimensional beings or some such (which she can only do because she fucked her brother)(and she's going to fuck her grandpa)(and his coworkers)(there might have been a dog too).

The grandpa wipes the events from the minds of everyone except Eve and sends them back to their ordinary lives, except that he modifies their memories so that they're openly (amongst themselves) incestuous, and they have a set of gargantuan dildos to stretch themselves, and the brother is forced to use the largest of them in an ass-stretching ritual to prove that he's come of age or something.

Meanwhile, the grandpa takes in Eve and explains his plot - it was a black govt project, maybe named Phoenix? - shows her some captured aliens/supernatural beings/I think they were called espers in-world?, including one being who's effectively their ancestor or closely related. Then they fuck a lot, until some rival government spooks break in and kill grandpa while Eve escapes. Then she fucks one of gramp's co-researchers in order to experience "la petite mort" (yes, using that phrase) which reveals some sort of cosmic truth or some bullshit.

Sometime around there the sequel starts and the bad guys show up.

And somehow, despite all this fucking detail, I can't remember enough keywords to search the damned thing up. Anyone?
